Labourer – Architectural Metals & Cladding
💰 Pay Range: $18 – $22 per hour
📍 Location: Projects across Canada
As a Labourer at True Design Construction, you will play an essential role supporting our installation teams on-site. This position is ideal for hardworking, dependable individuals keen to develop skills in the trade.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation of cladding and architectural metal systems
Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople and follow directions from site supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Adhere strictly to company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Ability to work outdoors and at heights
Previous construction experience is an asset, but not required
Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights) are a plus

2. Assistant – Cladding Installation Support
💰 Pay Range: $23 – $27 per hour 📍 Location: Projects across Canada
As an Assistant at True Design Construction, you’ll work directly alongside our skilled installers to help bring architectural cladding projects to life. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a specialized trade.
Responsibilities:
Support installers with panel layout and positioning
Assist in the installation of cladding systems on site
Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow instructions from site supervisors and senior installers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors and at heights
Previous construction or installation experience is an asset but not required
Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights) are considered an advantage

3. Foreman / Site Supervisor – Cladding & Architectural Metals
💰 Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience 📍 Location: Projects across Canada
As a Foreman / Site Supervisor at True Design Construction, you will lead and oversee the crew on site, ensuring that every project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage day‑to‑day operations while keeping projects on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Delegate daily tasks and manage crew performance on site
Oversee panel layout and installation of cladding systems
Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
Read and interpret detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with project managers and installers to maintain workflow
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction supervision or foreman role
Strong knowledge of cladding systems and architectural metals
Ability to read and interpret technical details and drawings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, Fall Protection) required
